What a conference we’re having at The Fire & Glory Outpouring at Heart of God Church in San Diego, California! Elisha Revolution is calling this the Word & Spirit conference. Thursday night Charlie Robinson from Canada spoke and for me, Charlie is someone I can listen to preach longer than just about anyone. He helped us bring in 2017 at Summit Church in San Marcos by preaching for around four hours! If you’re on Instagram you can find his son, Sam Robinson as @VoiceOfRevival.
Last night Brian Simmons, The Passion Translation translator, preached about the importance of the bible and today his emphasis was on Holy Spirit. I urge you to watch last night first. You can catch the Friday night preachers at 1:22:00 with just the very tail end of worship or start at the beginning if you don’t want to miss all that worship. If you’ve come from Instagram I need to correct my mistake as Friday night was Night 592 of Fire & Glory, not 593, which will be in about an hour after I finish typing this post.
This morning was part two of Brian Simmons and you can still catch some of the flavor of worship with the final(?) song at 40:00.
Of course, you can watch past revival nights (or “episodes” as I sometimes call them) by searching Fire & Glory Outpouring on Youtube or by visiting ElishaRevolution.com.
In case you’re wondering, I’m just an enthusiastic worshiper of God. I’m not a volunteer or staffer of Fire & Glory. I discovered this revival a little over two years ago when I came back from a conference in Pasadena that really turned my heart (and head) around and gave me a renewed fire for Jesus, Daddy God & Holy Spirit.
The time to join us in revival is now! God bless you!
This morning I got coffee at The Blue Mug in Escondido as I often do. While I was there I ended up talking to a couple guys who are starting program for youth. I believe it will be connected with the police department when it’s up and running. It sounded like they’re hoping to have it open by December.
Because I overheard them talking I asked them about their project and soon I was sharing about Reality Changers, where I volunteered once a week during the school year as a tutor for seven years. Reality Changers has had really great results with students who want to go to college and I thought the two organizations might be a good fit to team up.
At some point one of them asked me about myself and I shared about my spiritual experience with God over the last two years or so and how much my life had changed because of what I’ve been through.
Just as I related in the very first posts of Your Support Matters, I shared about attending Power & Love in Pasadena in 2016 and also discovering Todd White and his experience in being born again for Jesus while he was high on the dance floor. I also shared about Jerame & Miranda Nelson of The Fire & Glory Outpouring and ElishaRevolution.com whom my wife told me about when I got back from Pasadena in April that same year.
My wife and I now attend church AND we regularly attend revival. We’ve gotten used to this style of living and every so often there is a revival conference we’d like to attend. That’s what we did last week at Skyline Wesleyan in Rancho San Diego.
This conference was titled “Come Holy Spirit” and it lasted from Wednesday night through Saturday night. The final two speakers were Jerame Nelson and Todd White. So I related a story that Todd White, the final conference speaker, told about a man with a house that has ten rooms and his encounters with the devil and Jesus. This was truly a story with a lesson and not someone’s real life encounter, though I’m positive that a lot of people can relate to the symbolism of the story.
When I got done telling my account of Pasadena two years ago and our life since and Todd White’s story and how it seemed that hundreds of people went down to the stage to rededicate their lives to Jesus on the last night of the conference, one of the men asked me for my card and I think he’ll be in touch. I know he saw my enthusiasm and I’m curious what he’s going to ask me about. Does he want me to speak to the youth or volunteer or?
As I was getting up to leave, my coffee buddies might have been surprised at what they heard as they caught the finishing minute of my story. On my way out a woman who overheard a good portion said something like, “God bless you.”
You never know who might be affected when you’re bold enough to share about your faith. Some days you plant seeds and some days you harvest. Just keep sharing!
I’m typing away at the tail end (hopefully) of the flu. Last night I watched the Fire & Glory Outpouring for the 95th time from home. I’ll be watching from my living room this weekend and I don’t want to give anybody what I’ve got right now.
Remember, you can watch this revival by searching Fire & Glory Outpouring on Youtube OR ElishaRevolution.com. I urge you to come see Jerame & Miranda Nelson or one of the guest preachers when you’re in the area. Plan your travel to include some time for revival!
A brother told me about progress he was making on Instagram and loaned me a book on how to do it right – Instagram Secrets. That was 15 days ago and it looks like I’m doing pretty well with over 600 followers and some who interact frequently. Come take a look!

I think it’s time for a nap.
Here’s the song of the day (video with lyrics) by Lauren Daigle!
Tonight is Night 541 for The Fire & Glory Outpouring and this is the 84th time that I’ve watched from home. Our dog, Bones, is laid out between my legs while I recline on the couch and type with my right hand and hold the laptop to my chest with my left. Jerame Nelson asked the question above and my answer is a resounding “Yes!”
I can’t stress enough that if you feel it’s to far to travel to Heart of God Church in Rancho Bernardo (a community of San Diego) or if you’re really too busy to make it, you can watch the revival LIVE on Youtube. You can also watch at ElishaRevolution.com.
Today I had a great time writing and talking about my recent experiences with the love of Jesus at Perks Coffee House in San Marcos. (If you’re reading this, send me a text! You know who you are!)
My computer’s acting up so I’ll wrap this up with a couple great songs of the day. (Plus, Fire & Glory is done with the offering and now it’s time to listen to Miranda Nelson preach!)
God bless you!

If you’re like me you like to see different preachers throughout the year. We love Mike McClenahan at Solana Beach Presbyterian Church and Mark McElwee at Heart of God Church in Rancho Bernardo and others in our local area, but the Fire & Glory Outpouring has let us see probably 30 other preachers from around the world in the last year and a half.
Tonight we’ll see Charlie Robinson from Canada to close out that revival’s “I Got The Joy” conference.
This morning we decided to do something different and see Jack Hayford at Grace San Marcos. We even saw a friend from Fire & Glory who, when she saw us, said something like, “You guys are everywhere!”
My wife and I do get around and that led us to the 10 am service this morning as I really wanted to see Dr. Hayford preach because I had never had the privilege before today. We were greeted as soon as we came through the door by Brian Bauer and others. Brian is Jack Hayford’s grandson and the pastor at Grace here in San Marcos. You can read more about Brian and his wife, Melissa, at the Grace link above.
Personally, I urge you to see more than just the preacher at your local church. Even if you can’t attend you can watch a lot of preaching and worship on Youtube.
There’s a long list of wonderful speakers that I could share, but here’s a few to get you started:
Jerame & Miranda Nelson (Elisha Revolution/Fire & Glory)
Georgian & Winnie (Coco) Banov
Mahesh & Bonnie Chavda
David & Stephanie Herzog
I hope you’ll check out each one of them on Youtube!
By the way, we loved Jack’s preaching this morning along with the worship.
Here’s the song of the day which I searched out early this morning and finally found on this list from Air1.
Last night was night 450(!) for the Fire & Glory Outpouring and it was night 181 for me. (That’s right, my wife and I are still attending revival regularly!) On the way in a friend and I met Caleb, who has watched Fire & Glory online for four months. Awesome!
Joining worship online at home is wonderful, but Caleb decided to drive from the Ramona area to Heart of God Church in Rancho Bernardo and be physically present with us to worship Jesus in Spirit and Truth. Readers of my blog know that I have done both (including nearly 60 times from our living room or bedroom in our home). I have to give an “edge” to worshiping in the meeting “elbow to elbow” with all the other worshipers. Yet, even worshiping from home is powerful. I was blown away months ago when I first felt the presence of God in my living room while watching/worshiping online. If you are in San Diego County or nearby I encourage you to join us like Caleb did. Last night was night 3 for Caleb. How cool is that!?
What I’ve been told is that each one of us brings something different to worship and I guess that means that worship was a little better because Caleb was there Sunday night. Jerame Nelson also added his voice and preached not long after returning from the revival in London, England! Come and add YOUR voice to our worship!
Here’s one fun thing that’s been happening for me recently:
Maybe a dozen times in the last month the Lord has highlighted a song to me in the early morning. So far, every time it’s been a different song! Here’s this morning’s song – I Won’t Let You Go by Switchfoot.
If you’re like me you haven’t read Revelation very much because so many people want to talk about the enemy and forget that the book of Revelation is about Jesus. Listen to Jerame Nelson from the Fire & Glory Outpouring long enough and he will get around to mentioning that fact. (Incidentally, Jerame & Miranda’s new site is ElishaRevolution.com.)
After hearing him preach that enough times I finally read Revelation a few weeks ago. Something else I didn’t really know or had forgotten is the 24 elders who are mentioned in Revelation 4:10-11. (Read the verses at Bible Gateway in two translations side-by-side!) I believed that a way to highlight the 24 elders and help us remember them was to reblog Rae’s posts from RealAsTheStreets.org 24 times. So that’s what I did. Hopefully, doing that has gotten your attention!
In addition, the first song below is based on Revelation and it’s about Jesus, not his enemy.
