Last night was night 450(!) for the Fire & Glory Outpouring and it was night 181 for me. (That’s right, my wife and I are still attending revival regularly!) On the way in a friend and I met Caleb, who has watched Fire & Glory online for four months. Awesome!
Joining worship online at home is wonderful, but Caleb decided to drive from the Ramona area to Heart of God Church in Rancho Bernardo and be physically present with us to worship Jesus in Spirit and Truth. Readers of my blog know that I have done both (including nearly 60 times from our living room or bedroom in our home). I have to give an “edge” to worshiping in the meeting “elbow to elbow” with all the other worshipers. Yet, even worshiping from home is powerful. I was blown away months ago when I first felt the presence of God in my living room while watching/worshiping online. If you are in San Diego County or nearby I encourage you to join us like Caleb did. Last night was night 3 for Caleb. How cool is that!?
What I’ve been told is that each one of us brings something different to worship and I guess that means that worship was a little better because Caleb was there Sunday night. Jerame Nelson also added his voice and preached not long after returning from the revival in London, England! Come and add YOUR voice to our worship!
Here’s one fun thing that’s been happening for me recently:
Maybe a dozen times in the last month the Lord has highlighted a song to me in the early morning. So far, every time it’s been a different song! Here’s this morning’s song – I Won’t Let You Go by Switchfoot.
While I was driving to Trader Joe’s this afternoon I heard Zach Williams’ “Chain Breaker” and told the Lord that it’s a nice song. I felt he said, “Yes it is!!!”
Here is Zach Williams’ “Chain Breaker”:
If you’ve been walking the same old road for miles and miles
If you’ve been hearing the same old voice tell the same old lies
If you’re trying to feel the same old holes inside
There’s a better life
There’s a better life
If you’ve got pain
He’s a pain taker
If you feel lost
He’s a way maker
If you need freedom or saving
He’s a prison-shaking Savior
If you’ve got chains
He’s a chain breaker
We’ve all search for the light of day in the dead of night
We’ve all found ourselves worn out from the same old fight
We’ve all run to things we know just ain’t right
And there’s a better life
There’s a better life
If you believe it
If you receive it
If you can feel it

Today I intentionally spent hours in the presence of God. I know God is immanent (everywhere), but I mean paying attention and listening for God as well as reading the bible and praying [again, praying includes listening].
After having a good conversation with a friend from Tennessee who’s more experienced in gifts like the prophetic I drove to Solana Beach to get a haircut at my favorite place, the Cove Barber Shop.
On the way I felt the Lord nudge me with “Do You Love Me?” and I can even sense that it was the version from the movie, “Dirty Dancing” by The Contours. I discovered The Blues Brothers version first and both are below.
Here’s something to consider:
Is Holy Spirit singing this to the church? Keep in mind that if God is singing the lyrics they would be sung with perfectly pure intentions, unlike how humans often sing them.

If you’re like me you haven’t read Revelation very much because so many people want to talk about the enemy and forget that the book of Revelation is about Jesus. Listen to Jerame Nelson from the Fire & Glory Outpouring long enough and he will get around to mentioning that fact. (Incidentally, Jerame & Miranda’s new site is ElishaRevolution.com.)
After hearing him preach that enough times I finally read Revelation a few weeks ago. Something else I didn’t really know or had forgotten is the 24 elders who are mentioned in Revelation 4:10-11. (Read the verses at Bible Gateway in two translations side-by-side!) I believed that a way to highlight the 24 elders and help us remember them was to reblog Rae’s posts from RealAsTheStreets.org 24 times. So that’s what I did. Hopefully, doing that has gotten your attention!
In addition, the first song below is based on Revelation and it’s about Jesus, not his enemy.

We need to remember to rest simply because we’re currently in these earthly bodies. I like these verses and hope you enjoy them and the music of Jaci Velasquez.
Exodus 33:14 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
14 And He said, “My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.”
Psalm 3:5 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

I awoke, for the Lord sustains me.

Some of you readers have participated in surveys I have conducted through Amazon Giveaways where I’ve given away books on Kindle. In fact, if you’ve been joining in on what I’ve called Angel Giveaways you may see that the question is very similar to my first survey question from September 27th, 2016.
In the near future I expect to give away more Kindle books and other items to readers & followers of my blog and social media accounts.
Today I’ve created a survey for readers of Your Support Matters. If you give me your info (especially your email address) it will be easier for me to contact you if and when you win giveaways in the future.
Right now I’m using Polldaddy, so here’s the link!
